My school is not listed. How do I add it, and what does it cost?

Use the Submit a School page on this site. The form walks through six short steps: basic information and contact details, location, academics and grades served, school details and programmes, your statement of faith, and a verification step. Submitting does not require an account. Two things are required before a listing can be sent: the school must affirm the site's Statement of Faith, since every school in this directory commits to Christ-centred education, and the person submitting must certify that the information is accurate and that they are authorised to submit it for the school.

A basic listing costs nothing. On the form itself the free option is described as a basic directory listing, and the site's Lister Terms state the same rule in plain terms: basic listings are free. Paid choices exist alongside it for schools that want them, including a Premium listing and an option to add a voluntary donation to the free listing, but neither is required to be listed, and a free listing is a complete listing. Do not let cost be the reason a school stays unlisted.

After you submit, the listing is reviewed before it appears. The form tells submitters to expect review usually within 24 to 48 hours, and that a Google Business Profile link or an Employer Identification Number, both optional on the verification step, usually speed that review up. Once approved, the listing goes live and the school can be found by families searching by city, state and grade. If a listing for your school turns out to exist already under a slightly different name, do not submit a duplicate; claim the existing listing instead, which is covered in the next answer for schools.
